  • Marketing Manager

    Located in the Camberley area (commutable from Hampshire and Berkshire).

    Paying circa £45,000 plus benefits including pension.

    A well-established business currently experiencing rapid growth is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager. In initially a stand-alone role, the role holder will analyse, develop and deliver the marketing strategy, and ultimately be given the autonomy to build a marketing team around them. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to help expand the marketing reach globally in order to develop the company’s already impressive client portfolio of international blue chips.

    Reporting into the Commercial Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the marketing programme and strategy for the Group on a worldwide basis. The candidate will have experience of multi-channel, B2B product and service marketing and will be encouraged to develop the company’s online and digital streams. They must also be able to travel both domestically and internationally.

    Responsibilities:

    *Events – setting up seminars/workshops/vendor days/promotional events

    *Digital – Email campaigns, Online/Website development

    *PR/Press and media relations

    *Management of marketing/telemarketing/web development staff.

    *Production of customer case studies, offline marketing material and general product development.

    Essential Requirements:

    *Experience of multi-channel marketing in a B2B environment.

    *Experience of organising promotional events combined with excellent presentation skills.

    *Ability to travel internationally (around 6 times a year).

    *Management experience.

    *Previous experience in the manufacturing/engineering industries would be beneficial.

    *CIM accreditation is preferred.
