  • The Ashdown Group have been engaged by a national market leader to assist them in their search for a Marketing Manager to join their successful team based in Milton Keynes.

    This award winning company is looking for a marketing specialist to come on board to create and implement multiple marketing strategies. A large percentage of the role will involve traditional offline marketing, where you will be responsible for commissioning, creating and implementing high quality offline marketing communications that ultimately add value to the strategy of the business and deliver measurable results.

    To be considered for this role, you must be a superior writer, communicator and editor, with a good understanding of and an interest in market research techniques and their use. In addition to this, you will be numerate and able to perform business analysis (forecasting, break even analysis, internal rates of return), whilst also be intelligent in presentations of statistics, therefore possess excellent analytical skills.

    The ideal candidate will have good design skills and a graphic eye for detail, with an acute capability of balancing creative ideas with cost management and revenue generation, who can develop and implement concepts quickly and effectively.

    This might suit a senior marketing executive who has supervisory experience and is looking to make the next move up in their career. Ideally you will come from a blue chip professional services environment, and knowledge of the property sector is highly desirable.

    This is a position that will require a strong grasp of the English language. You will be responsible for the delivery and creation of marketing collateral, and as such will require excellent writing, editing, and proof reading skills, with an expert knowledge in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

    You will ideally be educated to degree level or the equivalent with professional qualifications.
