Marketing Executive (Data/Lead management)

An established and successful IT Services organisation based in West Sussex is seeking to hire a Marketing Executive to maintain and grow target data lists and to support the lead management process. This role is based in the Haywards Heath area of West Sussex but suitable for candidates from Crawley, Burgess Hill, and Brighton.

Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you will support the Sales team in identifying target audiences, liaising with data houses and cleaning agencies to build out the profiles of each target on the CRM database. You will manage the process of importing data into the internal CRM and to identify any gaps in target data that need addressing. You will support all campaign activity in relation to data management; setting up target lists, managing bounce backs and returns. You will be responsible for the analysis and reporting on the campaigns to ensure continuous improvement and future success with lead generation.

This role will also manage all data associated with my client’s website, including web analytics and tracking software, nurturing leads and working with the sales team to progress them.

Salary - £25k - 23 days holiday per year. Eligibility to join the PAS (Performance Appraisal) Bonus Scheme (Pays out up to 22.5% of gross basic salary per financial year). Standard Health Care and 3% Contributory Pension (3%)
