  • A community based not for profit organisation based in the Ladbroke Grove area of West London has a requirement for a Marketing Coordinator. You will work alongside the Sales & Marketing Manager and assist with a large range of marketing projects to essentially maintain and increase the number of members and revenue. Responsibilities will include: producing digital & print marketing collateral (including social media, advertising, signage, website maintenance), CRM/database management and helping to manage the relationships with external suppliers.

    To be suitable for this position you MUST have previous experience in a similar role either as a Marketing Coordinator or Marketing Assistant. The successful candidate will be highly organised, able to multi-task and be confident to take ownership of certain elements of the marketing. You will have proven experience of coordinating collateral production, CRM, digital/social media and managing website content. Ideally you will have a relevant marketing qualification (degree or CIM).

    Your IT knowledge must also include advanced use of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Ideally you will also have some experience of the Adobe suite and uploading of social media video content (i.e. You Tube).

    •The salary on offer for this position is up to £22,000 plus benefits.
    •West London location within the Ladbroke Grove area.  Accessible by Hammersmith & City, Central and Circle or District lines.
