  • The Ashdown Group has been engaged by a leading integrated marketing agency to assist them in their search for an Account Director.

    We are looking for an excellent Account Director to take forward the day-to-day strategic leadership of key client accounts across B2B and B2C, with experience in consumer brands and retail.

    You will be responsible for identifying and securing incremental revenue streams, establish and nurture good working relationships with key clients, liaise with agency and internal teams such as PR and Sales, be accountable for the successful delivery of annual account plans and achieving profit targets, whilst reporting in to the Group Account Director and Business Head.

    An ideal candidate will have worked on a B2B client and possess a solid understanding of B2B communication channels. Ideally, you will also have worked on a technology client and understand how the retail and online channels work. We are looking for a confident individual, who can hold their own with senior clients on a daily basis, with well rounded exposure and experience to all elements of the marketing mix.

    You must be strategically strong with excellent skills in writing documents and proposals, with first class client servicing skills and tangible evidence of building client business.
