  • The Ashdown Group has been engaged by an international manufacturing business with offices in central Staffordshire who require a Management Accountant to focus on commercial reporting.

    The role will consist of the following key points:
    ● Weekly sales reporting. Identifying and comparing variances within the budget and forecasts and commenting on the drivers behind them.
    ● Analysis of Overriders to ensure customer profitability. In addition, the role helps to prepare future Overriders with the Sales team to ensure the maximum benefit is gained and that the impact on profitability is understood.
    ● Regular production of reports on profitability by product, brand, competitor and sales format. These require your insight and commentary.
    ● Review of commercial overheads and budgets.

    To be suitable for this role you must be a Qualified Accountant and possess strong Excel skills. You will work with an ERP system and the ideal candidate will have previous FMCG experience in either retail or produce.
