Management Accountant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and experienced Management Accountant to join an established business during a period of considerable growth. In a newly created role you will need to be a driven and enthusiastic character with the ability and experience to put new systems into place in order to formalise Accounting processes, which will facilitate the continued growth of the business.

You will ideally be a degree educated (or equivalent) Management Accountant, with a Practice background and proven experience of successfully working within a business that has experienced rapid growth. A CIMA qualification is highly desirable however, outstanding candidates with the necessary experience who don't hold a CIMA qualification may still be considered. You must have experience of managing the forecasting and budget process and providing detailed analysis and interpretation of variances, reporting regularly to Senior Management.

Reporting to the Finance Director you will have direct line management responsibilities for 5 Junior Accountants so previous experience of management, appraisals, delivering training/learning and development of junior team members is highly desirable.

The successful candidate will enjoy a fast paced and friendly working environment. The salary on offer is up to £60,000 depending upon the skills, experience and qualifications you have to offer. In addition to basic salary, the company offers a contributory pension scheme and 25 days holiday.
