  • A successful business with multiple offices in the UK and Europe is looking to add an enthusiastic 1st and 2nd Line Support Analyst to join their helpdesk team. Please note that this position is based in Guildford, Surrey. This client is very proud of the fact that it provides its IT team with fantastic training opportunities through certified Apple and Windows courses.

    To be suitable for this position you MUST have experience of providing helpdesk, remote and ideally some desktop support to Apple Macs as well as MS Windows desktops. The majority of the support will be for Apple Mac products. Technically you will need to have exposure to Apple Mac OS X Servers, Windows OS and networking (TCP/IP). Future duties may include the opportunity of helpdesk management and providing training and support to an established client base.

    My client is looking to offer a salary up to £25,000 plus benefits for this position.
