  • The Ashdown Group are working on behalf of a leading organisation in their search for a Learning & Development Advisor to complete a 12 month part time maternity cover contract. For working a flexible 28 hours a week you will be paid £27,000 per annum.

    To be suitable for this 12 month contract you will have previous experience of working as a Learning & Development consultant and managing people development & talent management. You will be responsible for taking ownership of learning and development projects, working with external consultants, identifying and address L & D needs in line with corporate strategy, and preparing business cases for senior management.
