  • The Ashdown Group have been engaged by a world leading organisation to help them recruit a Lead Enterprise Architect with TOGAF Certification, to help design and implement their enterprise strategy.

    This role will be responsible for the development and implementation of the enterprise architecture strategy and the design of IT governance for the enterprise architecture across all divisions.

    To be suitable for this role you will possess experience in strategic technology planning, execution, and policy development with the ability to apply technology solutions to business problems. You must demonstrate a track record of translating business needs in to Enterprise Architecture requirements and delivering on those.

    Excellent knowledge of technology environments, including technical architecture, networks, telecommunications, programming, media, desktops and middleware and you will possess appropriate certifications in a number of relevant technical disciplines

    The ideal candidate will have a track record of implementation of all components of holistic enterprise architecture and have extensive knowledge of hardware platforms, enterprise software applications, and outsourced systems, all gained in a multi-tier environment

    It is expected that you will have a strong academic background; ideally degree level educated with the Open Group Architecture Framework certification and have a solid understanding of business theory, business processes, management, budgeting, and business office operations, information analysis and business strategic planning and a track record of successfully leading and motivating in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

    You will possess the ability to influence effectively at all levels across a complex, multi-divisional business and articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.

    It is expected that to be suitable for this role the ideal candidate will have worked in a complex, multi -divisional international business and possess superior analytical, evaluative and problem-solving abilities.
