  • An international market leader that has been operating for over 25 years is looking to add a proven Technical Lead / Senior .Net Developer into their sizeable development team due to growth. The successful candidate will report into the Software Development Manager and will architect, develop and maintain written code to agreed standards. Duties will include architecting and developing .Net services, analysing code (refactoring), analysing requirements, identifying code metrics, performing both system risk and software reliability analysis as well as providing technical assistance to the team of .Net Developers and QA Analysts.

    In order to be suitable for this role you must have proven experience in a Senior.Net Developer, Technical Lead, Software Architect, Technical Design Authority or similar role. It is essential to have comprehensive C# / .Net development and object oriented (OOAD) programming skills with experience of the full development lifecyle for both small and large scale enterprise applications. Detailed knowledge of best practice development including adopting Microsoft design patterns, Test Driven Development (TDD) and Dependency Injection (DI) is also required.

    This is a pivotal role within an established firm that boasts clients from SMEs to over 1000 blue chip organisations.


    • Paying a basic salary of £55,000 - £65,000 depending on experience plus benefits
    • Located in the Hoddesdon area, Hertfordshire (commutable from Essex as well as parts of North London and Cambridgeshire)
