  • An opportunity has arisen for a Junior Web Designer/Front End Developer to join a well-established, international organisation based in South West London. You will be working alongside the Senior Creative and will be expected to create HTML/CSS designs based on specifications given to you. You will also have the opportunity to work across a variety of client websites as well as web based projects for the intranet.

    The primary focus for the is role will be to assist in the development, build and maintenance of the company website and intranet as well as client microsites and HTML emails. To be suitable for this role you would ideally have gained commercial experience with HTML and CSS, JQuery and JavaScript would be an advantage. This experience may come from your first role after graduating, a placement year whilst studying or through your own personal development. To be suitable for this role you will have proven coding skills as well as consideration for design and aesthetics, and accessibility. The ideal candidate will also have an appreciation for user experience (UX).

    My client is particularly looking for someone with excellent inter-personal skills, commercial understanding and a good eye for detail as you will be working closely with various areas of the business and clients alike. The ideal candidate will have gained Web Design/ Development qualifications as well as having a good understanding of Web Systems.
    • The salary on offer for this role is up to £25,000 basic
    • Well established organisation with international presence
    • Based in the Wimbledon area - easily accessbile from London Waterloo and Surrey borders
