  • An excellent opportunity has arisen in Birmingham for a talented Junior Developer to work within the IT department of an International Research and Consultancy firm.

    Well-established and well-respected, my client is looking for the right person to assist in the design and development of web based applications and software and to support the architecture so the business can continue to deliver to its high standards.

    To be suitable you must have an IT-related degree (or equivalent) and commercial experience - either from a placement year or subsequent work experience.

    This would suit a technology enthusiast who wants to be involved in delivering scalable and robust coding solutions and to practice good coding standards. You will also be involved in the analysis of business requirements to ensure the best solutions and documenting the solutions.

    You MUST have experience with all or most of the following technical skills to be suitable for this role: SQL Server 2005 and ideally SQL Server 2008, C#, ASP.Net, Webform development, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
    • Basic salary of £20-25,000 per annum
