IT Training Manager

Brand IT Trainer within in a call centre/customer service centre - West London / UK home based or Dublin / Ireland home based. Providing concise, effective & targeted training on new & existing IT products, identifying unique selling points and specific benefits – B2B.

The job is mainly based from home in either the UK or Ireland. If based in Ireland you can expect to spend at least 1week per month in Bracknell in the UK with possible travel elsewhere in the UK as business requires.

If based in the UK you can expect to spend at least 1week per month in Dublin in Ireland with possible travel elsewhere in the UK as business requires.

The role itself requires an experienced IT trainer to ensure that efficient and cost effective training, problem resolution and product advocacy is provided to the technology sales team. You will be a Brand advocate for some of the most recognised names in the International IT and Technology arena.

You will design and develop training programmes that will help to increase product knowledge and performance based sales. You will also provide training on the communication skills needed to help build rapport, establish credibility and strong relationships with Business to Business Account Management.

You must complete a through training needs analysis, monitor the progress of the training, then evaluate or validate each programme to ensure significant results. Another element to your position will be helping to put together incentive programs or bonus structures for the staff you train taking into account relevant key performance indicators. Although not essential experience of providing training in a call centre or contact centre in the past would support your application.
