  • My client is a leading major infrastructure services company based in Corby with a significant international client base.
    This is a new role for a permanent employee to join their team to deliver IT training to a wide range of users from engineers, administrators, customer service agents, finance and accountancy team members and technical designers.
    Developing User Acceptance Scripts and test scenarios for new system implementation will also be a key part of this role..

    It would be a distinct advantage to have SharePoint experience already either as a Trainer or as a user but is not essential.

    They are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is an excellent communicator and who can easily build rapport with users – some of whom will have limited IT skills and some who will be advanced. The training will mainly focus on MS Office, in-house systems, SharePoint and PDA’s.
    To be suitable for this position you will need a solid background in general IT Training and a flexible approach to your work. You will need to be very comfortable managing your own time, working with individuals at all levels within the organisation and designing and delivering both group and 1-1 training. You will need to be comfortable travelling on occasion to various client sites around the UK to deliver training, so a car and driving license is essential.

    Your role will include devising the appropriate training materials, ensuring you have a full understanding of the product and then delivering training to agreed timescales. You will then also be responsible for managing the training feedback process and there will also be regular ad hoc training to be delivered to users as and when a need is identified.

    • Offering a basic salary of £30-38,000 per annum dependent on relevant experience
