  • IT/Desktop Support Technician - West London

    Salary between £28,000 and £30,000 plus benefits


    A well-established and growing company within the design sector is looking to recruit a well presented and bright IT Support Technician to join their in-house IT support team based in their West London offices. The company boasts an impressive international portfolio and has experienced a meteoric rise in sales in the last year.

    Reporting into the Systems Manager, the role focuses upon second line support and response to escalated service requests whilst also assisting with front line related issues.


    Primary functions include:

    • Second/front line support
    • Resolving equipment/hardware issues (printers/PCs/Workstations)
    • Installation and configuration of any new IT equipment
    • Assisting 3rd line support and escalating major IT problems to the Systems Manager
    • Ad-hoc project work

    Essential requirements for this position include:

    • Prior experience in an IT support services role within a similar environment ideal.
    • In depth technical understanding of Microsoft Office, Windows 7, PCs, print servers and printers.
    • Excellent communication skills are a must in order to provide support to approximately 200 users.
    • Qualification to degree level or equivalent (in IT related discipline) ideal.

    • The position pays a basic salary of up to £30,000.
