  • A successful business, delivering IT services and support to a range of local SMEs, is seeking an experienced all-round support engineer to join their close-knit team.

    In order to be suitable for this position you will have experience of supporting a variety of SMEs, both over the phone and remotely, but also on-site with clients. You will be responsible for supporting a range of different client networks so a good understanding of networking principles is essential, coupled with a thorough knowledge of supporting Small Business Server, SBS.

    Experience of providing standard helpdesk/desktop support and troubleshooting is expected, so a thorough knowledge of applications such as MS Office, Outlook etc is expected, along with solid working experience of Active Directory, Exchange and Windows Server administration.

    • Paying a maximum basic salary of £25,000 depending on experience plus good benefits package including car
    • Located in the Wimbledon area, SW London / Surrey borders.
