  • The Ashdown Group are pleased to be working exclusively with a well-established and leading media firm with their search for an experienced 1st & 2nd line IT Helpdesk Support Engineer.

    To be suitable for this position you MUST have previous experience of providing 1st & 2nd line IT support. This will include telephone, remote, e-mail and deskside support to various software and hardware systems. As an experienced Helpdesk Support Analyst you will have previous experience of working with Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange Server, MS Office & Outlook, PC & laptop hardware, and networks & printers.

    My client has a fast paced and fun work environment using the latest technologies. This position is paying a salary of £24,000 and they can offer excellent career progression, training and stability.
