  • A high profile organisation that is based near Putney in South West London has an outstanding opportunity for an IT Support Analyst to join a large technical team.

    In this role the successful candidate will be joining an IT Support team of 3 and will have responsibility for supporting a PC user base of about 120 users. Although this is the primary responsibility of the role, this role offers an outstanding opportunity for someone who wants to learn about servers and networks. When you are not responding to users, you will work closely with the Network Manager to maintain, support and upgrade a server estate of 60+ physical and virtual servers.

    To be suitable for this role, you will need to have experience in a Desktop or similar IT Support role. Your technical skills will need to include supporting MS Office, Windows XP/7 and basic server administration tasks that relate to a Windows 2003/8 environment - I.e. Exchange and Active Directory. You will also need to have a good understanding of different types of networks and you must have outstanding customer facing/service and communication skills.
