  • A multinational corporation is looking for a customer aware problem solver to join its rapidly expanding team. In order to be suitable for this role you MUST have proven experience of supporting Windows XP, Office, Outlook and Active Directory.

    The successful candidate will provide phone based 2nd line technical support for all user issues and will therefore have to be an excellent communicator. You will be working closely with a large team of Desktop and Systems Analysts, so this represents an outstanding opportunity to develop your technical skills within a company that invests heavily in its staff and offers a range of attractive benefits.
