  • Our client a global specialist engineering service provider are looking to add an IT Support Analyst to their team.

    Supporting around 200 office and field based users, the role focuses on initial user contact, troubleshooting and problem resolution.

    This is a Windows based environment with both standard and bespoke applications. Working in a team of three you will assume responsibility for:

    • Setting up user profiles, managing Active Directory policies and troubleshooting issues.
    • Supporting Windows desktops, BlackBerrys, laptops, applications, and hardware.
    • Resolving basic network issues.
    • Log and manage issues on the service desk system.
    • Assisting and learning from the senior team members.

    To be suitable for the role you should already have experience of IT support in a commercial environment. Any IT qualifications would be looked on favourably but are not essential.

    The company will consider candidates looking for a salary between £16,000 and £20,000. In addition there are excellent benefits and a defined career path.
