IT Support Analyst

  • A reputable organisation with a household name is looking to recruit an ambitious IT Support Analyst with exceptional communication skills to join their in-house IT Helpdesk team based in their West London offices.


    Reporting into the Helpdesk Manager, the role holder will provide start to finish support responding to requests and technical issues.



    Primary responsibilities:

    *Front/Second line support across the wider business

    *Resolving equipment/hardware issues (printers/PCs/Windows desktops)

    *Servicing software queries and problems in a Citrix environment

    *Supporting 300 office based users and 150 remote laptop users



    Essential requirements:

    *Prior experience in an IT support services role

    *Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Exchange Windows XP/7, PCs

    *Excellent interpersonal communication skills are a pre-requisite


    The position pays a basic salary of between £24k and £30k. To apply for the opportunity please CLEARLY state all relevant 1st/2nd line support experience on your CV to stand the best chance of securing an interview.
