IT Support Analyst

A highly successful and innovative business with a UK office in West London has outstanding opportunity for a customer focused IT Support Analyst to join their team.

This role requires the successful candidate to be the first point of contact for all IT issues in the business and the successful candidate will assist users via remote support, over the telephone and in person. Although providing front line support is the main objective of the role, this position will present an opportunity for someone to gain exposure to the more complex IT related issues that arise, and when time allows you will be given the opportunity to shadow more senior members of the technical team.

To be a suitable candidate for the role you will need to have some previous IT support experience gained in a helpdesk, desktop or other IT support role. You will need to have outstanding customer service skills and very strong written English. Your technical skills will need to include supporting or working with; Active Directory, MS Office, Windows XP, Vista or 7, managing mailboxes via MS Exchange and PC hardware/peripherals.
