  • This is an exciting opportunity to oversee the planning, implementation and on site management of the Information Technology event to be held early 2012. This position will be a 12 month fixed term contract paying £35k.

    Working out of my clients London based offices you will be contribute to the delivery of a successful IT role out for an event that meets requirements of all the participants, visitors and stakeholders. Working with external suppliers, contractors, sponsors and the venue Information Technology team, you will plan and deliver the Information Technology requirements ensuring effective deployment, commissioning, operation, and decommissioning of services.

    To be considered for this role you will have previous experience of planning, implementing and managing Information Technology systems for large scale events. You will have experience of working with contractors and suppliers to implement Information Technology solutions in large venues. You will be proficient in the use of MS applications, an understanding of the complexities of working in an event environment and the ability to manage own varied workload, prioritise accordingly and meet deadlines.
