  • A well established and internationally recognised media organisation is looking for a bright and articulate IT Project Co-ordinator. The organisation is tasked with running digital campaigns for a range of clients including blue-chip organisations. The campaigns involve three departments: the sales and digital product support teams (responsible for the design of the digital campaign) and the IT digital support team (supporting all digital campaigns from an IT point of view). The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating effectively with all departments including; sales, digital design, IT and possibly even the client to provide expert IT advice from a digital media point of view. Please note, this is not a 1st line support role.

    In order to be suitable for this role you must have previous IT support experience, ideally working in a Helpdesk/ Service Desk environment for a medium to large sized firm. It is essential to have excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with both different departments and staff of varying technical abilities. Experience of working in an IT Project Co-ordinator, Junior Project Manager, Campaign Manager or similar role which includes co-ordinating organising multiple tasks and queries is essential. The ideal candidate will also have an IT related degree (2.1 or higher) and proven experience within the media industry.
