  • My client is a well-established and highly regarded organisation that has been in business for over 30 years. The Ashdown Group are proud to be working exclusively with them in their search for a hands-on IT Project Manager to complete an 18 month IT system overhaul and business change project.

    To be suitable for this 18 month contract you must have previous experience at implementing a large scale ERP (MS Dynamics Navision or Sage 200 / Sage 1000) database system. You will scope the project, manage and liaise with the 3rd party vendors, manage the budget and purchasing, and install and configure the new IT system. In addition to managing this project you will also manage the IT Assistant and provide some BAU IT support across the 3 sites.

    As an experienced Infrastructure Engineer / IT Manager your hands-on IT experience will include either Dynamics Navision or Sage ERP systems, Window 2008 Server, Exchange 2007 or 2010 Server, VMWare ESX, MS SQL Server, and Cisco LAN, WAN & wireless network systems. Whilst it is not essential, a Prince 2 or PMP qualification would be highly beneficial, as would any Microsoft or Cisco qualifications (CCNA / MCITP / MCSE).
