  • The Ashdown Group has been engaged by a digital marketing agency to assist them in their search for an IT Manager. Due to the acquisition of an additional major account the company is expanding rapidly and needs to employ a full time IT professional to support the business as it grows.

    The IT Manager's role is all encompassing and aims to ensure the streamlined operation of IT hardware and software in alignment with the business objectives of the organisation. This individual will plan, coordinate, direct, conduct and design IT-related activities of the organisation, as well as provide administrative direction and support for daily operational activities.

    As this is a hands-on and strategic role, it is essential that you have previous experience within a standalone position. Supporting a network of 30 - 70 users with both Mac OSX and MS Windows. Previous experience managing IT infrastructure, planning and development and managing a budget in excess of £100,000 is essential.

    The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a digital marketing, video production and media environment.

    In addition to the attractive salary of up to £45,000 the company also offers benefits such as private healthcare and 23 days annual leave. Office hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm.
