  • An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced technical IT Manager to take on a newly created role in this successful and growing business. Your initial remit will focus on assessing the IT systems in place, with a view to transferring the IT Infrastructure management and support from an outsourced company, to an in-house set-up.

    As the sole person in IT it is absoultely essential that you are technically competent and that you enjoy remaining hands-on. You MUST have a detailed knowledge of Citrix, with experience of managing and supporting a standard Windows 2003 Server environment.

    In addition to managing the technical environment, you will be tasked with setting and documenting formalised processes and procedures to establish a robust department, which will grow naturally with the expansion of the business. In the longer term, it will be your responsibility to recruit and manage a team of support engineers.

    This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and technical IT Manager to take ownership of the entire IT setup within a business with ambitious plans for growth.

    Depending upon your experience, this role will pay a salary of up to £50,000, with some flexibility for the perfect candidate.
