  • An established firm based in Surrey is looking for an experienced 1st Line IT Support Analyst to join its existing helpdesk team.

    This role will involve providing support over telephone and email to a multi-site user base.

    To be suitable for this role you must have previous helpdesk/service desk support experience and possess the following skills:

    • MCP certification or equivalent
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems
    • Troubleshooting Exchange and Outlook
    • Microsoft Office 2007
    • Symantec Backup Exec
    • Hardware configuration and support

    Previous experience of networking, Blackberry support, SQL Server, Citrix, VOIP, VMware and SharePoint are also desirable although not essential.



    • Paying a starting salary of up to £26,000
    • Located in the Chessington area, Surrey (commutable from parts of Middlesex and South London)
