  • The Ashdown Group has been engaged by a global and pioneering organisation associated with IBM, DELL, HP, to assist them in their search for an International HR and Operations Generalist.

    The successful candidate will take responsibility for all generalist HR functions required by the international business unit and supporting general administrative operations as needed. Our client currently operates in 13 countries around the world therefore the International HR and Operations Generalist will be supporting and supported by the International Finance Director and the Head Office HR team based in the US.

    The International HR and Operations Generalist will manage all recruitment, employment law, employee relations, performance reviews & management, employment law, compensation & benefits, training & development, operations, recording & finance and health and safety
    It is essential that you have strong HR generalist and office management experience and you are competent with payroll processes and systems. Ideally you will be CIPD qualified with some international exposure.
