  • A charitable trust is looking for an experienced qualified accountant to join its small team on an initial 2 month basis.

    In order to be suitable for this role of significant responsibility you MUST be a qualified accountant (ACCA/ACMA) with proven experience within the charitable sector.

    You will be the sole accountant within the organisation and will be expected to perform the full range of accountancy functions from raising invoices and inputting data to preparing management accounts and reporting to the board of trustees. You will also be required to ensure that the organisation is compliant with the statutory regulations that govern charities, and be fully conversant with Sage Line 50.

    This is very much a hands-on role involving the day to day running of the trust so you need to be comfortable performing the full range of financial accounting tasks.
