  • An established company based in Cambridge is looking to add an HR Project Manager to its existing Human Resources team. This role requires a strong HR generalist that has previous experience in projects covering learning & development, recruitment & selection, equality & diversity as well as people management. Please note that this role will involve some travel within the UK and occasional overnight stays.

    This exciting role has been developed to focus on developing the company as an employer of choice as well as promoting best practice. It will also give the individual the opportunity to cover the full project life cycle, reviewing existing policies and procedures and planning for improvement and future development.

    To be suitable for this role you must satisfy the following criteria:
    - Car owner with driving licence 
    - CIPD qualified
    - HR generalist with projects experience
    - Strong knowledge of employment legislation and best practice
    - Detailed knowledge of diversity and anti-discriminatory practice

    This role is paying a salary level of up to £35,000 pro rata.

    • Based in Cambridge
    • Part time role (30 hours per week) paying up to £35,000 pro rata
