  • A household name in the entertainment industry is currently seeking a versatile HR Officer to join a close knit and busy team.

    This is initially at 12 month fixed term contract.

    You MUST be fully CPP qualified with solid HR generalist experience.

    You will be working in a diverse environment supporting the HR Manager in all aspects of the HR function. You will need experience of maintaining an HR database of records and staff files - ensuring that all documentation is prepared to the highest quality, taking into consideration relevant legislation and employment law.

    You will be dealing with enquires from management and staff, and must do so in a timely and professional manner.

    Other responsibilities include: absence recording, management and reporting; responsibility for delivering staff inductions; carrying out initial investigations and collating documentation for disciplinary hearings; maintenance of the current employee discount scheme and making improvements where possible.

    It is essential that you are a bright and articulate individual with the ability to adapt to an exciting and fast-paced environment. The business is looking to pay a salary in the region of £20,000.
