  • Our client, a large public organisation, are looking to add an experienced HR Officer professional to their expanding HR team of 9.

    Working closely with 2 other HR Officers you will support the HR Advisors and Senior HR Advisers to provide a full HR service.

    In addition you will work collaboratively and effectively with all managers and staff to ensure best practice and value for money in staff recruitment, selection, retention, absence monitoring and control and performance management. 

    Ideally you will be CIPD qualified and previous multisite experience would also be advantageous due to the company having over 1200 employees across the UK.
     
    The company is offering a salary of £23,500 for the right candidate and will consider an experienced HR Officer looking for their next career step up into an HR Officer role.

    Hours are Monday to Thursday, 9 to 5 & Friday 9 to 1pm. In addition you begin with 21 days holiday allowance (plus Bank Holidays), this will increase 1 day with each year of service.
