  • An experienced HR Advisor or HR Officer is required by a North London based business whose interests are in the arena of sport and leisure. This is a 4 month contract opportunity.

    In this position the successful candidate will be responsible for providing generalist HR support as well as educating and providing support to the management structure with respect to the management of ER issues such as absence and disciplinary procedures. There are also some ongoing procedures within the business that need definition and alignment with HR strategy.

    To be suitable for the position you must be an experienced HR professional who has experience running ER processes such as disciplinary procedures. You will need to be able to demonstrate a track record of educating managers in processes and procedures and you will need some experience implementing elements of an HR strategy.
