HR Officer

A leader in education services is looking for an HR generalist to join its well established team. You will be responsible for delivering an effective and efficient HR service and will take the lead in recruiting and training new staff. 

You will support senior managers in ensuring that HR policies and procedures are consistently adhered to and will play a key role in managing employee relations issues - such as performance and sickness management.  You will have a thorough knowledge of current employment law and HR policies and will disseminate this information throughout the organisation. In addition to this, you will be responsible for your own administration as well as lending valuable administrative support to the team as required.

A great eye for detail and excellent communication skills are obviously critical to this role, while CIPD accreditation would be advantageous.
