  • Our client, a rapidly growing retail company based in Leicestershire requires an HR Manager with extensive retail industry experience.

    The ideal candidate will have vast experience working with large retail organisational change and working with businesses experiencing rapid growth. The role is within a fast paced department, at a great place to work and within a supportive team. You will be expected to invest your time and effort wisely and at times the role can be pressurised, with tight deadlines.

    The business is experiencing rapid growth and with this has come a large amount of change. As such, the candidate must be adaptable and must keep an eye on the bigger business strategy.

    The role will involve HR generalist responsibilities including management development, providing HR advice to managers and staff, recruitment including conducting interviews with hiring managers, employee relations, disciplinary and grievance issues and HR to the business communication.

    The candidate will have to be highly influential and demonstrate gravitas. You will need to be CIPD qualified and have excellent retail industry experience including working with buying, merchandising, design and Head Office teams.
