  • The Ashdown Group have been engaged by a global asset management company to assist them in their search for an HR Business Partner, who will be responsible for supporting the Corporate and Northern Hemisphere International business units.

    This is an established company currently looking to recruit an HR Business Partner to manage the HR support function. This role will require international and nationwide travel to other sites, in order to advise and manage all levels of employee relations, recruitment and training.

    The ideal candidate will come from a HR generalist background with experience of recruitment and training processes and be able to demonstrate previous experience of formulating and presenting workshops and onsite training courses. Knowledge of International transfers and repatriation is highly desirable.

    You will have a solid understanding of payroll and benefits , learning and development evaluation, as well as providing guidance and support to managers and employees through performance management and disciplinary procedures.

    This role requires excellent communication skills, both oral and written and an ability to prioritise your work load to ensure the fulfilment of the business needs. This role would suit somebody with drive and determination, who is looking for the challenge of working in a multinational, multi cultural organisation.

    You will ideally be degree qualified with a CIPD certification, although candidates with relevant experience but without a degree will be considered.
