    We are looking for an interim HR Generalist to be responsible for providing support to all levels of employees and line managers across the UK Business, based at Worthing. This is a one year fixed term contract opportunity which will suit someone who is comfortable dealing with complex ER issues, with experience working in a Unionised environment. This site has a headcount of circa 1000.

    To be suitable for this role, you will need to be a CIPD qualified and senior HR professional with experience gained in large corporate environments. You will need to have worked on multiple workstream related projects and almost certainly have experience of delivering or supporting change and knowledge of recognised change management methodologies. Also essential for this role is a deep understanding of operational and generalist HR issues. Experience within the manufacturing sector would be of particular interest.

    You will possess good analytical skills and evidence of use of metrics to drive process improvement, whilst experience of working on cross-business or cross-functional projects and working in a matrix environment is highly desirable.

    To be considered for this role, you must have knowledge of Six Sigma principles, proven project management expertise, with a demonstrated track record of delivering operational HR solutions within a demanding operational context.
