  • HR Business Analyst (Data Transfer, HR Data Analysis) - East Anglia, with travel between various locations in the Cambridge - Essex area - £30-34,000, initial 3 month fixed term contract, with potential for extension, possibly upto 12 months when a major project is due to complete.

    A new opportunity has arisen for an analytically minded HR professional to join a major project in the analysis and migration of HR and workforce-related data to a new system. You will be working with several offices in the East Anglia region.

    In order to be suitable you should come from an HR background and ideally you will be either part or fully CIPD qualified. With a good knowledge of the HR function as a whole, you will be required to interpret and analyse HR data and work on the planning and implementation of HR data from one system to another.

    Experience of working within HR in a public sector organisation is highly desirable, but not essential to the role.

    The salary on offer for this role is from £28-34,000 pro-rata depending upon experience.
