  • An established company has a requirement for an experienced HR Consultant /HR Manager or HR Business Partner to lead the acquisition & merger of a public sector agency. Please note that this project will be offered as an initial 3 to 6 month fixed term contract but there may be an opportunity of a ‘temp to perm’ arrangement for the right person.

    To be considered for this opportunity you MUST have previous TUPE, merger & acquisition and trade union experience (ideally both private & public sector union involvement). This position will also be responsible for two direct reports within the HR department, so previous people management experience is essential.

    Please also note that the successful candidate will be required to travel to the West Midlands area on a fairly regular basis once the merger is taking place.

    • Offering a salary of £50,000 (pro rata) for this 3 – 6 month fixed term contract
    • Based in the Trowbridge area of Wiltshire
