  • A highly successful International Technology company has a requirement for an HR Analyst & HR Project Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. Working as a member of the Group HR team this is an excellent opportunity to take on a challenging and varied role.

    You will be designing and developing reports on HR Metrics and managing the Group HR reporting processes. You will need to be an advanced user of Excel confident with v-lookups, macros, pivot tables and designing complex formula; VBA experience would be of benefit but is not a requirement to be considered for this role.

    It is essential that you have demonstrable experience of managing HR projects through the full lifecycle including: planning, collaboration with relevant stakeholders, delivery, reporting and/or analysis on results.

    The remit of this role will include, but is not limited to, all of the below:

    • Project Managing the company-wide Employee Satisfaction Survey

    • Coordinating the project for the development & implementation of a new Group HR system

    • Analysing the company payroll reports & reconciling HR invoices with Finance on a monthly basis

    • Maintaining Group HR process maps

    • Analysing & reporting on Group Annual appraisal results

    • Ensuring the HO and UK Staff Handbook remains up to date on an annual basis

    The successful candidate will need to be a self-starter and able to work on their own initiative. They will need to have a logical and methodical approach and be able to analyse existing processes, systems and reporting and make recommendations that benefit the business. A good understanding of key HR policies and practices is important.

    They must have the ability to comfortably interact with all levels within the company in a professional and approachable manner.


    • Offering an annual salary up to £30-35,000 per annum plus benefits including healthcare, pension, critical illness cover and travel insurance
    • It is essential that you have demonstrable experience of managing HR projects through the full lifecycle
