HR Advisor

A large and rapidly growing company based near Corby requires a HR Advisor to support the HR Manager with all aspects of Human Resources.
We are looking for a bright and high calibre candidate who has experience of employee relations including disciplinary's, dismissals and grievance procedures.
You will play a key role in implementing policies and procedures across the business to various department managers and helping them to roll policy out across their teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in the retail industry and experience of working as a HR Advisor giving advice to all levels of management and employees. Any experience within training would also be beneficial. The role has a high potential for future advancement as the team is growing rapidly - this is an excellent opportunity.
