HR Advisor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR Advisor to join a multinational corporation, based in Kingston upon Thames, on an initial 12 month fixed-term contract.

Working within a large team of HR professionals you will be at the forefront of delivering an effective and efficient HR service both within the team and across the business.

You will need to possess the personal confidence and gravitas to challenge and influence senior managers and will play a key role in managing employee relations issues, such as performance management, disciplinary procedures and sickness management. In addition to this, you will deliver training to line managers and be involved in business wide change programmes.

Accurate data recording is essential as is the ability to learn and administrate the HR payroll systems. You will be responsible for your own administration as well as lending valuable administrative support to the team as required. You will also be asked to help develop the HR administration team with your knowledge of Employment Law and HR strategy.

A great eye for detail and excellent communication skills are obviously critical to this role, while experience of managing restructures and CIPD accreditation would be advantageous.
