  • An established organisation based in the Cambridge area is urgently looking for an experienced HR Advisor for a 12 month fixed term contract. Please note that this is a part time position and you will be required to work 3 days per week.

     

    Working within a supportive HR team, responsibilities for this role will be to manage recruitment across the company as well as providing managers with advice and guidance on UK employment law, employee relations and performance management issues.

     

    To be suitable for this position, you will need to have the following:

    - Education to degree level

    - CIPD part/fully qualified

    - Internal recruitment experience, including candidate interviewing

    - Experience of dealing with employee relations issues

    - Full driving licence and access to transport as travel between local offices may be required

     

    Previous experience as a Human Resources Officer or Administrator within a technical or scientific organisation would be highly desirable although not essential.

     

    This role is paying a pro rata salary of up to £27,000 plus benefits including 27 days holiday, health and dental care.
