HR Advisor - Learning and Development

  • The Ashdown Group has been engaged by a major UK luxury goods / retail business to assist them in their search for a Learning and Development Executive to cover a 6 month project. The role will focus on the delivery of a new and comprehensive company induction and training programme for the retail and warehouse parts of the business.

    Previous experience as an HR Advisor or L&D Executive in a retail environment is absolutely essential as the successful candidate will be expected to have a comprehensive knowledge of retail operations. Experience of designing and delivering training programmes is also required.

    Please note, this is a 6 month fixed term contract.
