HR Advisor / HR Business Partner

A large well-known company based in North West London is looking for an HR Advisor / HR Business Partner to join their department.

To be suitable for this position you will come from a generalist background ideally within the engineering industry. You will have worked with staff at all levels including senior managers, be confident with up to date policies and procedures and have experience of other employee relations issues including disciplinaries, grievances and redundancies.

Working knowledge of HR Change Management would also be an advantage along with experience of providing expertise and support to Managers with regards to organisational restructure, design and change management issues.

There are a number of interesting on-going projects to be involved in – Business objectives/strategy, succession planning & talent management, recruitment & selection – so the ideal candidate will be a confident self-starter, keen and willing to be involved in a variety of tasks and able to manage a variety of personalities.

•The salary for this position is between £28,000 - £35,000 depending on experience including excellent benefits.
