  • A global market leader, based in West London, is seeking to recruit a Helpdesk Analyst to support a new Client acquisition. Offering a salary of up to £30k per annum this role will provide first line support for UK and European territories.

    To be considered for this role you will have had at least two years experience working as a 1st / 2nd line support analyst within a manufacturing and distribution environment. You will be required to have exceptional communication skills, as a part of this role will include direct Client interface. Having the ability to prioritise a high number of requests, via all media types, and to log and efficiently escalate to the relevant key personnel will be pre-requisite. Production of KPI’s and SLA’s will form part of the role which you will distribute on a weekly basis via face to face and conference call.

    Experience of ITIL principles, operating systems and applications (RedPrairie, JBA & EDI) are highly sought after.
