  • This is an excellent opportunity for a budding IT support analyst to join a UK leading company at their head office in the Victoria area of Central London.

    Please note - this position operates on a shift pattern of 4 x 12hr shifts (2 x 08:00 - 20:00 & 2 x 20:00 - 08:00) and 4 days off. Upon successfully completing your 6 month probation you will receive a pay increase up to £23,000. In addition to job security, my client will provide extensive training and provide career progression to the 2nd and 3rd line support teams.

    Joining the 1st line helpdesk support team you will be responsible for providing telephone and e-mail support. You will need an excellent understanding of Windows XP / Windows 7 and MS Office 2003 / MS Office 2007. You will be an excellent communicator with a friendly and outgoing approach to troubleshooting and fault finding/fixing. Any further skills in cabling, PC networks and printers will be highly beneficial.

    MS Office – Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
