  • A market leading organization based in the heart of London is looking for a customer aware problem solver to join its expanding team.

    You will be providing a pro-active customer support service within a busy operational environment and will be responsible for logging, assigning and monitoring calls. In order to be suitable for this role you must have commercial experience with Windows XP/7 and MS Outlook 2007/2010, coupled with a basic knowledge of networking. Any experience with Active Directory and setting up Blackberry's would be desirable but is by no means essential.
